63 Calorie Chocolate Coconut Roughs


Ingredients

  • 120 grams melted dark chocolate 70% or 85%
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 10 almonds roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 10 dried cranberries finely chopped


Ingredients

  • 120 grams melted dark chocolate 70% or 85%
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 10 almonds roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 10 dried cranberries finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together except for the cranberries, and then spoon teaspoon sized amounts onto a lined baking tray.

  2. Top with 1/2 a dried cranberry and pop into the fridge to set.

  3. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
