Are Love Island’s Millie and Liam Back Together?
[ad_1]
Reality TV favourites, Millie Court and Liam Reardon, may have put their differences behind them and rekindled their romance. On 8 May, the 2021 “Love Island” winners appeared to confirm that their relationship is back on, after spending time together during a Virgin Voyages cruise around the Mediterranean. Rumours had been swirling that the pair were getting close again, and then a selfie posted by the Valiant Lady ship’s guest act, Jessica Kate Yallup, fuelled the speculation.
In the social media post, Court and Reardon beamed as they twinned in matching all-white outfits alongside the performer. “‘Love Island’ Winners – Liam and Millie are sailing with us around Europe this week – what lovely people,” Yallup penned beneath the sweet selfie. “They love live music and I’m a big ‘Love Island’ fan.” Fans flocked to the comments section to share their surprise at the holiday picture, with one writing: “I’m so happy.” Meanwhile, another added, “Love this so much”, while a third penned: “It was only a matter of time.”
While neither Court nor Reardon have confirmed the status of their relationship on their own social media platforms, the ASOS ambassador has shared a glimpse into her glamorous time on the cruise ship, including their stop in the French city of Toulon. The influencer, 26, channelled neutral minimalism in the photo dump, as she modelled an oversized brown shirt with beige sliders and a straw fedora.
Reardon, however, is yet to share his time on the adults-only cruise, which is famed for its no-buffets-allowed foodie spots and wild “Scarlet Night” parties. The 23-year-old did hint on 3 May that he would soon be setting off on a holiday, though. “I’m ready for that sun or a little holiday now, give it [to] me,” he told fans on Instagram. “Sunday can’t come quick enough.” Reps for Court and Reardon did not immediately respond to POPSUGAR’s request for comment.
While we await the official soft launch, it’s worth remembering that the path of true love never did run smooth. The pair split last summer and ended their year-long relationship following their win on the dating show. On 13 July, Court took to her Instagram Stories to tell fans about the sad news. Court wrote at the time: “Hi everyone, to avoid any speculation Liam and I wanted to share with you that we have separated 😢 💔 it’s been a tough decision and I am gutted but it’s ultimately what is best for us right now.”
The couple were previously crowned the winners of “Love Island” 2021 and celebrated as one of the big success stories to come out of the series, despite enduring a rocky time in Casa Amor. Reardon’s head was turned in the spinoff villa, but the pair reconciled, won over the hearts of the viewers, and even moved in together before parting ways a few months later. Here’s hoping their relationship is back on track.
