  • 1 cup light milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 2 tsp biscoff spread
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 30 grams Caramel Bikkie Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothie

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1 tsp of Biscoff spread to decorate your smoothie.

  2. Blitz all ingredients together until smoothie. Pour into a glass and set aside.

  3. Melt the remaining biscoff spread for short bursts in the microwave. Drizzle over the top of your smoothie and serve.
