  • Raw mango – 1 (diced)
  • Corn kernels – 1 cup 
  • Spring onions – 3 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (chopped)
  • Red bell pepper – half
  • Cherry tomatoes – 6 (normal tomatoes are fine as well)
  • Parsley – 1 teaspoon 
  • Cilantro leaves – 1 tablespoon 
  • Celery stalk – peeled and diced 
  • While pepper powder – 1 teaspoon 
  • Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon 
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Black olives – 7 or 8 
  • Basil leaves – 4 


  • Boil some water, add some salt to it and blanch the corn in it. make sure it isn’t overcooked 
  • Drain it properly and set it aside 
  • Take all the vegetables and mango and dice them to the size of the corn, or slightly bigger 
  • Mix the herbs, mango, and corn thoroughly in a salad bowl 
  • Add olive oil and lemon juice to the content and mix well 
  • Add some black salt and white pepper powder and again mix properly 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves (optional) 

2. Mango Chia seeds pudding

  • Mango pulp- 1 cup
  • Chia seeds-½ cup (75g)
  • Coconut milk- 1 cup
  • Chopped mango- ½ cup


  •  Add the chia seeds, coconut milk and puréed mango to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
  • Then add in the chopped mango and mix it in, saving a few chunks to use for a topping.
  • Place the mixture into the fridge for 15 minutes and then bring it out and give it a stir and then put it back into the fridge for another 15 minutes.
  • Spoon it out into four serving glasses, top with the remaining chunks of chopped mango and serve.
