Molly-Mae Hague has returned to work after giving birth to Bambi in Jan. The 23-year-old “Love Island” star took to her Instagram story on 5 April to share herself at the PrettyLittleThing HQ in Manchester – where she is creative director. “Back like I never left,” the influencer wrote, as she panned around the pink Instagram-worthy office, which also featured a snap of her modelling on a billboard.
She was welcomed back with a stunning bouquet of flowers from her colleagues, sharing a picture of her thoughtful gift online. Hague also posted a picture of herself hard at work at the office on “a very rainy Wednesday”, where she was snapped looking effortlessly stylish in a white T-shirt, brown leather jacket and a slew of gold jewellery.
Hague welcomed baby Bambi two months ago, and has been sharing her experiences as a first-time mum ever since. While she updated followers with her lavish first Mother’s Day, thanks so surprises from her boxer boyfriend, Tommy Fury, she has also got real about some of the struggles she’s faced. Last month, Hague posted a video on her YouTube channel, aptly titled “the truth”, in which she gave a very emotional rundown of what her early days with her newborn have looked like.
Hague admitted that she struggled to go to the toilet after having a vaginal birth. “I was so, so, so unwell in the first week,” she told her followers. “I was, at one point, actually in the shower with Zoe [her sister] standing outside, and I was crouching down in the shower that constipated that I was screaming for her to call me an ambulance.” Although she also explained how it was all worth it for her baby girl.
Hague is now embarking on a new journey as a working mum and is navigating work life whilst still getting to grips with motherhood. Fans have all rallied around the star to support her in her next stage of parenthood, with some commenting on her latest post: “The boss is back”, and “Back to business.” Here’s to Hangue bossing it in both her personal and professional life.
