Ginger Turmeric Immunity tea
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Fresh turmeric grated /turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Freshly grated ginger
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp Raw honey (optional)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Few slices Lemon slices
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon stick, and black pepper with water.
- Allow for at least 20 minutes of cooking time for the ingredients to permeate.
- Strain the tea into a large glass with honey and serve it with lemon slices on the side.
