When you’re recovering from sickness, lack of sleep or just have too much on, the Recovery Smoothie is what you need!
Yoghurt with acidophilus will give you an immune boost and orange/pineapple for that much-needed Vitamin C. You’ll be up and around in no time!

Ingredients
- 1 peeled orange 130g
- ¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt 65g
- 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened 250ml
- ½ cup water 125ml
- 2 tbsp HM vanilla smoothie 25g
- ice cubes

Instructions
Cut orange into pieces and place in a blender with remaining ingredients.
